MAT Practitioner Levels

Levels in the MAT Process

MATRx: Elite

  • Learn the most advanced total body process to achieve improved results
  • Focus on techniques that can deliver even greater contractile abilities, a higher muscular stress threshold, and an increased ability for the muscles to “hold” this contractile ability
  • Participate in courses that are exclusively conducted by Greg Roskopf

This is an invitation only course. Participant invitations typically include those practitioners who have achieved Master Level status in MAT™ or have attended the appropriate Master level classes on a schedule that exceeds the basic requirements needed for continuing education.

By implementing these principles, you will be able to further improve the results that you are having with your clients. These classes will demonstrate how powerful the MATRx™ principles can be if you apply the principles throughout the whole body. MATRx™ is the future of MAT.

MAT Master Specialist: Third Level

  • An expanded set of information as it relates to the neuro muscular system and additional context around MAT’s™ processes.
  • A greater understanding of the complexities that exist when treating clients with acute muscle dysfunction challenges
  • Further expand your skill set in an effort to be able to address the most acute muscle dysfunction situations.

MAT Specialist: Second Level

  • Background on the development of MAT™ and its decades long history of helping people
  • The Roskopf Principle and its focus on muscle contractile efficiency relative to limitations in Range of Motion.
  • How to be proficient in assessing, identifying, and treating muscle dysfunction by focusing on the cause of the pain.

MAT Jumpstart: First Level

  • Background on the development of MAT™ and its decades long history of helping people
  • The Roskopf Principle and its focus on muscle contractile efficiency relative to limitations in Range of Motion.
  • CAM (Comparative Assessment of Mobility) testing to evaluate your client’s mobility and compensation patterns.
  • Isometric exercises to re-stimulate weak muscles for more efficient contraction
